Refurbished Bungalows

New porches, double-glazed windows and doors have been installed and new combi boilers have replaced the old less efficient ones. These measures together with insulated lofts, make for warmth and energy efficiency.

The kitchens are most attractive and bathrooms are fitted with modern equipment as 'wet rooms'. Each bungalow also has a double and a single bedroom, plus a spacious sitting room

We do not charge rent but a maintenance charge, currently £400 per month per refurbished bungalow is required.
