Each bungalow contains a living room, main bedroom, second smaller bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. In November 2009 all the bungalows had their loft insulation brought up to the current recommended standard.
As bungalows become vacant they are being upgraded with a new efficient boiler for hot water and central heating, double glazing, new kitchen, wetroom and a new enclosed rear garden area.
